Bug description: Generic Alliance quests give no reputation with Tushui Pandaren. Generic quests are the quests that give reputation to a single faction and smaller amount to the other factions of the Alliance (basically all quests in the Alliance flagged areas; Westfall, Elwynn Forest, Dun Morogh, Teldrassil, etc.....).

The only way to receive rep with Tushui / Huojin is through Horde / Alliance rep quests (that give rep with the whole faction, meaning small amounts to all individual subfactions: SW, OGG, Silvermoon etc.) and the tabard.
Moved the tabard bug report to Others.
