Bug description: In primul rand aparent acel 25% minus dmg reduction se pare ca se aplica indiferent ca sunt afara/instanta sau RBG poate chiar mai mult decat 25% Din cate o sa se vada in video e mult mai mare de -25%. Lasand faptul de o parte ca petii nu iau corect 15% din stats-urile hunterului exceptie hit/expertise/resilience/PvP Power (bine cu spell pen nu sunt sigur) ceea ce duce si la cauza faptului ca Kill Command nu da corect.

- Se aplica doar in battlegrounds/arenas, am testat
- Damage reduction trebuie sa fie 75% (adica petul sa dea doar 25% damage), citeste atent tooltipul
