Bug description: Doesn't generate 2 Burning Emember when you kill a mob. If the mob dies from Shadowburn I get 2 Burning Embers, if not I don't get any Burning Ember. If he dies while the debuff is on then I get one Burning Ember. Down below is a proof alongside a video to clarify my report.
Proof: Hotfix (2013-03-05): "Shadowburn now properly generates 2 Burning Embers after killing a target that yields experience or honor
