I think the 31665 ID is the correct one, atleast thats the one i get on retail, so yea decide which one you like better
Bug description: Can't believe noone reported it yet. The aura isn't applying at all, neither if u cast Stealth nor leave it in any way -> no 10% opener damage granted. Also , please dont script it like in Cataclysm. After leaving Stealth you should have a 6 second buff with a counter and not an invisible counter like in cata, ty.

maybe it's just a visual bug. did you test to see if the % dmg bonus is applied?

It is a visual bug.
I get 10k melee avg starting without Stealth and 12k melee avg starting with Stealth.

Master of Subtlety is not working at all , when stealhed and after 6 secconds after stealth you should have a 10% dmg increase , at the moment it's not working at all .

As Cawt said the buff you get should have a timer , this talent was working on Cata but the timer was hidden .
