English translation: Rain of Fire doesn't generate embers.

We need to know the exact chance it has to generate embers...

The chance is 25% to generate 10% ember.

Love is rated +18 while violence is rated 0+

Yes, i think the first value was 35% chance per tick, and then was nerfed to 25%. I don't know for sure, i took the value from elitistjerks thread for destro warlock 5.4.8
