Bug description: After the fix it now gives the 35% damage bonus when a Bleed is applied. The only problem now is that the 35% bonus stay active for the whole combat duration, meaning: even if Rupture falls off the 35% damage bonus remains. However , it should only give the 35% damage bonus while Rupture/Garrote/Hemo(if glyphed) DoTs are currently on the target. Leaving combat resets the 35% damage bonus currently.
Proof:
No Rupture applied: 21.523 avg.
