Bug description: The objects on Lady Vashj boss that allow you to release her from her immunity with Tainted core are not there, and so she stays immune forever

Fixed (also Lurker's Fishing Pool was missing too)... live at the next server restart.

As a sidenote, seems like objects in TBC 25man raids are invisible since we switched to MOP expansion (I could be wrong, meaning that not all raids or not all objects, but I found the issue in Black Temple yesterday, plus today Serpentshire Cavern... hmm, you find it, please report it

l.e.: done a quick check and also fixed objects in Gruul's Lair & Maghtheridon's Lair... and Sunwell Plateau, and maybe I've found a way to fix Kalecgos.
