Va rugam toti reparati maelstorm proc !! Uite saptamaba viitoare donez sa.mi iau arme pe shamy dar nu se merita sa investesc in el are cele mai multe pending bugs. Macar daca s.ar rezolva cateva importante gen maelstorm wf si lava s.

Everybody is QQ-ing but no one bothers to search information on the proc chance. We need ACCURATE information, not just speculations or tests done on other private servers.

I'll move this to confirmed, if anyone finds any additional info PM me.

Done some changes to the proc of Maelstrom, should be ok now, test after next restart
