Bug description: Even though I did the previous quest in the chain (getting the bling) the bling items didn't appear in my inventory and I don't remember whether they even appeared or not on Retail WoW. I started the quest and the Party Entertainer UI loaded so that you could select the different items to entertain the party goers, well they weren't responding to any of the items nor was their any advancement (it stayed at 0/10 entertained), I abandoned the quest and restarted it and now the party entertainer UI doesn't even load.

Proof: I tried to print screen to link the screenshot but it copies an image of my desktop instead, despite the game being full screen (non-windowed)

Abandon and retake the quest and the UI will load. Use the spells / items on required NPCs, until you get credit (it isn't 1 use = 1 credit, but sometimes even 5-6 uses = 1 credit... so keep trying).
