Bug description: Chaos Bolt deals 15% additional damage over 3 sec.
Proof: Nu face asta la 420k chaos bolt da cate 400 pe dot si ar trebui sa dea 21k pe tick.

Inca ceva formula este gresita la dot in momentul actual da cam jumate din cat ar trebui sa dea.

Intradevar DoT-ul face mult prea putin damage, mai putin de jumatate din cat ar trebui.
