Bug description: Deep Freeze nu beneficiaza de Shatter, adica nu dai crituri aproape deloc pe cel pe care ai dat Deep Freeze.

this is not valid. The problem is with the shatter formula that doesn't work.
From 100 icelances with 33.34%crit i had 100 crits on the target that is in Deep Freeze.
