EN: Force of Nature(Balance)'s Wrath should have a 2 sec cast time, now it is 2.5 sec, and should increase damage with druid spellpower. Atm they deal around 2k damage per hit because they doesn't benefit from druid sp.
Also the feral version of FoN isn't using Rake

P.S. Guardian and Restoration versions of Force of Nature works properly.
