Bug description: Riptide works properly on normal use, but in instances the PASSIVE does not work("Your Chain Heal spells are 25% more effective when their primary target is affected by your Riptide."), but the healing ammount is correct.
Proof: At the moment i can't make a video to show you, but everyone can test it very easily.

What exactly doesn't work since you say that the healing is correct?

I think he means the bonus doesn't work while instanced.
