Bug description: You can not click on the NPC, it doesn't respond or do anything. The objective is to click on the NPC and it will do automatically an action which will complete the objective.

I had to abandon the quest and re accept it. Sorry, anyway this wasn't supposed to happen.

If you accept the quest, it will spawn a separate NPC and if you do not complete the quest soon, the NPC will disappear and quest couldn't be completed unless you re-accept it to re spawn the NPC

Script activates when you accept the quest. Abandon and retake quest (those npcs will reset in about 2-3 minutes, so if someone else tried to do the quest and left etc., or you yourself, after 2-3 minutes they all reset and you can retake and do it).
Quest works, done it myself 2 days ago.
