[FIXED] Fly mount while being dead @Northrend

Bug description: There isnt a gryphon while being dead in Northrend. This happened to me on Cataclysm too, maybe now you can solve it.

It's just for worgens, on the alliance side, they said they fixed it on cata, but it wasn't at all.
And on some instances like ulduar and the dungeons from the icc sideway, you can't reach them on foot.

No wonder noone posted about it, not many worgens here, at least, not many interested in Northrend

Or not many die in Northrend... yeah, old issue... will do this weekend, if no other GM will.

Well sh*t happens. Trying to solo OS 25n or crack how an achievement can be done have proven to be quite difficult.

I will most likely make it all races, like in Pandaria... because Pandaren can't fly when dead in pre-MOP areas... and wisp for nf still with issues... so, will do it for all, this weekend...

Fixed:
- fixed Pandarian zones Wisp ghost fly for Night Elves
- fixed Old content flight when dead (some zones did not have Worgen or Pandaren support, whilst others like Borean Tundra, Zul'Drak, Grizzly Hills and more had some areas that were all "footwork").

Live at server restart.
