Bug description:

Cum trebuie sa mearga:
1. It should increase MAX HP with 30%.
2. That 30% value should be added to your current hp.
3. Let's say you have 600k max HP and you use this spell when you have 1 HP. That would mean that your max HP is now 780k and your current HP is 180.001.
4. If dropped below 180.000 HP the buff would finish with you at 1hp.

Momentan iti da 30% din HP curent si nu din maxim al tau. Se vede in video cum la acelasi max HP primesc valori diferite in functie de cata viata am si nu in functie de max hp

It should give you 30% of your max HP in health points but it currently heals you only for 30% of your current health.
