[DUPLICATE] [Mage][Fire] Spell - Combustion

Bug description: 1-when your combustion be crit , mage must get a proc(heating up for pyroblast),but its not working. 2- but if your combustion not crit ,your proc must be remove, but combustion act with .25second delay, im not sure how much delay but im sure thats right, this mean combusion need to work like a fireball for example if mage have on heat up proc and global cd is finished and mage cast a combustion and infernoblast immediatley, if combustion no crit , mage get a full proc (pyroblast instantly), because inferno blast act without delay but combustion act with delay about .25 second.

this delay damage its not special for combustion thats work for a fireball ,pyroblast,scorch,combustion,polymorph,icelance,frostbolt,frostfirebolt ,...etc
