Proof: You spin while kicking in the air, dealing [1.59 * (1.10063 * (1 * 1 * (Mainhand Min DPS + 0 * (Mainhand Min DPS /2)) + (Attack power / 14) - 1))] to [1.59 * (1.10063 * (1 * 1 * (Mainhand Max DPS + 0 * (Mainhand Max DPS /2)) + (Attack power / 14) + 1))] damage to all nearby enemies every 0.8 sec, within 8 yards. Movement speed is reduced by 30%. Generates 1 Chi, if it hits at least 3 targets. Lasts 2.25 sec.
