[FIXED] [Multiple] Mastery decimal scaling

Bug description: I'll explain the bug with an example. If I got 92.82% mastery my dots damage will be increase by 92% instead of 92.82%.
I got 45642 spellpower and 92.82% mastery. With Agony actual formula my first tick damage should be:

(27 + 0.0255*45642)*1.9282=2296

but it is:

(27 + 0.0255*45642)*1.92=2286

Proof: freakz.

It's a general problem regarding mastery, anything after decimal is not taken into account.

I know that during Cataclysm there was a [Multiple] Confirmed bug, but I can't seem to find it now.

You could edit your topic so that it addresses mastery in general, not just yours.

I know about this issue but I don't think it will be fixed anytime soon due to the way aura amounts (including mastery auras) are handled (only integer values, no decimals)
