Bug description: Nu iei 50% maximum health spell, oricând, doar când esti full hp, se poate observa si in data base :
Effect #2 : Heal
Value: 50
Targets: Caster

2. LOW HP : http://imgur.com/s9aHlwx,UIfbSU4#1

Edit #1 : Nici petul nu ia 50% dmg of his maximum health.

E afectat de Battle Fatigue, Mortal Strike, Dampening si alte efecte care reduc healing.
