Bug description: Glyph of Denounce face proc cand se foloseste pe alt target dar cand este folosit pe mine nu face.
Proof: 1 http://i.imgur.com/ALnmZPh.jpg ( atunci cand este folosit pe alt target)
2 http://i.imgur.com/AqdjpO7.jpg (atunci cand este folosit pe sine si se vede ca nu intra procul de la glyph)
