A little info on delay

Hello dear mods/devs/anyone,

I am aware that there are some issues with, I assume the database, which lead to lag spikes, but I haven't seen it addressed anywhere (I assume it's on the Romanian forum zone but I can't possibly read that). I've also seen Shocker talk about it on the global RO channel but that's about it.

Would you be so kind to give us some insight on this?

Main issue is too many players in raids getting stacked together and casting hundreds of spells/AoE spells per second. Since we have lots of PvE encounters now there are a lot groups doing dozens of raids in the same time.
I've done various improvements to stability but this is one of the issues for which I haven't found a fully working solution yet
