Bug description:
1. When I've got my Pyro proc, I activated Presence of Mind then used Alter Time => then I consumed my Pyro proc and Preseonce of Mind => Alter Time expires but I should be able to use 2x pyro again, but it doesn't happen, PoM doesn't get reapplied.
2. When I use Alter Time and get interrupted on cast, after alter time expires the school lock from the interrupt should be gone.

In the first video you used Presence of Mind AFTER you used Alter Time, that's why it didn't get reapplied.
Confirming the second part.

Where is the second video recorded? On retail? I don't understand anything from it.
Where's the proof for the second part, regarding school lock? Tooltip doesn't say anything about cooldowns/school locks, just "location, health, mana, buffs, and debuffs"
