Bug description: You can fly in Pandaria even at lvl 85 using one of those serpent mounts
Proof: I can't prove it cuz I don't have the reputation for them, but it can easily tested in game

Still valid? I know there were some problems from Riding Cloud Serpent Skill that were eventually fixed.

That skill is account wide and can be used on any character of an account, if one character with level 90 already has that skill.

No bug here.
