Bug description: when i crit fire spell on reflect or deflect like a reflect of warrior my damage must be reflect on me but i need to get hotstreak buff ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=48107&&name=heating-up )from my crit.but its not working

Confirmed. Pyroblast crits should always generate Heating Up even if the Pyroblast is reflected.

I can't fix this only for Heating Up so I made a general fix: now all reflects trigger procs just like normal hits
