Bug description: nu are nici un efect folosirea quest item-ului
consider ca nu e in phase-ul corespunzator zona
Proof: un gm poate confirma va rog

Folosesti langa cladirile acelea... nu merge asa ? Foarte aproape de ele trebuie folosit, asa tin minte.

in mod normal cladirile trebuiau sa fie in flacari (ceea ce nu se intampla) si da folosesc langa ele (in imediata lor apropiere)
confirma sau infirma partial bugul.....

Fixed (fire effect, working quests etc.)... live at server restart!
