Bug description: When e.g. a Pyroblast is casted with a Hot Streak proc, the Hot Streak gets removed on IMPACT and not on cast release. This is WRONG. Its probably the same problem with Iceblock in Cata. Where when u were finishing the cast at ~0.1 sec before iceblock ends, and the spell hits after Iceblock ended it still got immuned, which isnt supposed to work like this. IDK what causes these problems but it seems like for every cast the Calculations take place when the cast ends, and not after the spell actually hits when it should. This is a crucial problem for Fire mages in the upcoming expansion. It will result in the loss of many Heating up procs which makes the class underwhelming to play. E. g. if a mage has Hot Streak and Heating up and is casting a Fireball followed by an instant pyro. This should lead to Pyro and Fireball hitting the target at around the same time, so if one of them crits the beofre saved Heating up proc will result in another Pyroblast proc. Currently they dont hit simultaneously.

Just a clarification: Spells make their calculations(for damage) when they are launched. Works fine.
The bug here, which creates more bugs, is that procs with reduced cast time/increases damage for next spell casted/instant cast(ex: Backdraft, Pyroblast!, Shooting Stars etc) aren't removed when the spell is launched, they are removed when spell hit the target.
This bug doesn't allow fire mages to use the rotation: Pyroblast! up -> Alter Time -> Cast Pyroblast -> Alter Time(while Pyroblast is in the air) -> Pyroblast! once again is up(this doesn't happen because you already had Pyroblast! up, it just renew it's duration and it gets removed when Pyroblast hits the target). It may be more situations like this but this is the one I'm thinking about right now.
