[FIXED] [Druid][Feral][Spell]Tiger's Fury

Bug description: Since I made this feral I could use Tiger's Fury and Berserk together ( tiger's fury first and then berserk). Now, this combination doesn't work nor the other combination with Berserk first and Tiger's fury second which never worked.
Proof: its easy to test

While Berserk is active you must not be able to cast Tiger's Fury. (the icon grays out like it's on cd or not available)
While Tiger's Fury is active you should be able to cast Berserk.

U can cast Tiger's Fury then Berserk but u cant do it other way around. Lemme try to clear it out a bit.
Tiger's Fury cannot be used while Berserk is active,while on the other hand Berserk CAN be used while Tiger's fury is active.


NEW BUGS:

-you can use Tigers Fury without any form or flight form,travel form,treat(learned from glyph)( should be just cat form )
-you can use Savage roar without any form or inside any form ( same as above,cat form only(its only effective in cat form and it consumes energy so it should be imposible using it without Cat form )

Emm.. for tiger's fury and berserk well proof is the tooltip it self.

Check it says: Tiger's Fury cannot be active while Berserk(cat) is active.
Its not saying anything about not being able to use Tiger's Fury before Berserk.
I've been using it like that for years well since 3.3.3 patch back on WoTLK and Cata on freakz. blow the energy pop TF to get it back then berserk and brust it down,

And about TF and SR..well dunno who made those fixes.. but just wanted to report them..

This is clearly a bug and must be fixed as soon as possible because it's destroying everyone's damage. I don't understand what you don't understand.
BERSERK(2nd spell) should be able to use while Tiger's fury(1st spell) is active. I've used this since the begginings of the last patch.

EDIT:
proof: https://youtu.be/YB2_S0nC4Ac You can clearly see that Berserk is not avabile while Tiger's fury is active and is only avabile after Tiger's fury buff ends.
end of story please confirm and get it fixed

I still don't know why blizzard had this in mind .. because whatever "rotation" you have, you can stack them, anyway, fixed. ( live at next rr \ crash )
