Bug description: Killed it about 30 times but no [Juicycrunch Carrot] as it has 34% chance of dropping it and also other loots, It only gives silver

That's because on our server it has only pickpocketing loot: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=58850&&name=sunwalker-scout

will add loot, will be live at server restart...
