[FIXED] [Multiple] DoTs clipping

Bug description: If you try to clip the last tick of a dot, the next one will not have increased duration and one additional tick as it should work, instead it has the normal number of ticks.
Proof:
Vampiric touch:

It ticks 6 times before wearing off.
Now, if you clip it after the 5th tick, the next VT should have 7 ticks so the two dot casts would have 12 ticks total but this doesn't work, I only get 11.

Shadow Word: Pain:

It ticks 8 times (one of them is the instant damage that it deals upon casting) before wearing off.
After clipping the last dot, the next SWP should have 9 ticks ===>16 ticks in total from which two are the instant damage, so 14 independent ticks + 2 others.I only get 15.

I only had time to test on my Priest, please try to test this with other classes too.
