Bug description: 100 procs / min. Internal cd stricat sau ceva.
Proof: Stie toata lumea. De asta vezi 7/10 warri avand colosus in arene.

E stricat internal cd, altceva nu imi pot imagina. E secant sa vezi in arena warri care joaca cu colossus.

Update: Colossus: 6 RPPM on melee attacks that land, or are dodged, or parried, with a 3-second cooldown.

RPPM= Real proc per minute.
