Bug description: Nu functioneaza urmatoarele chestii la el:
1.Cand pui ciuperca jos nu apare efflorescence ala imprejurul ei cum castai swiftmend pe un target si il inconjura de acea aura verde -->

2.Plus ca nu este efflorescence vizibil macar,nu da nici heal periodic..am zis poate poate...
3.Cum trebuia sa mearga ciuperca..trebuia sa fie targetabila si immuna la orice cast heal spells + rejuw,wild growth,etc...ea isi acumuleaza heal din acel efflorescence si over-healing spells.
4.Ce functioneaza la acest glyps este doar partea cu swiftmendul:
-Fara glyph heal primit -->

-Cu glyph heal primit -->

5.Healing cap in acel efflorescence e la fel ca cel de la swiftmend 3 targete low hp

Not really sure what he is saying as I dont speak Romanian but yes Glyph of Efflorescence does not work
