[FIXED] [Warlock][Talent][Spell] Unbound Will

Bug description: Doesn't work entirely as it should. From what I've seen in arenas and duels, it removes Fear and Polymorph and maybe a few more, didn't test further since the talent is inconvenient (20% HP cost). For example it doesn't remove Hex, Cyclone, Blind and many slow spells, you activate Unbound Will, loose 20% HP and you're still in CC.

Confirm, apparently the spell only acts as a dispel, removing magic effects, but it doesn't act as a trinket, therefore it won't remove undispellable CC effects such as blind, kidney shot, or cyclone.
