Can i do low lvl dgs if cap lvled?

So i have this question ... I play on Freakz since Wotlk and i love soloing low lvl dungeons especially for transmogrification items but since MoP came out i tried to go in dungeons like Blackwing Lair but it says that i have to be a specific lvl to do it, and here comes my question ... is there any way to do low lvl if im lvl 90?

Old content can be done but make sure you select the proper difficulty. It may happen that you receive that message because you are tying to enter the raid on another difficulty which might be unavailable.

N-am primit niciodata mesaj ca daca am lvl 90 sa nu ma lase sa intru in dungeons/raids de lvl mai mic, la tine o fi vreun caz special.

Make sure your dungeon / raid difficulty is set on Normal, not Heroic.
Old content dungeons / raids have no heroic difficulty, that's why you're getting that error message.

To change your dungeon / raid difficulty, right click your portrait:
- Dungeon Difficulty / 5 Player (this is normal difficulty)
- Raid / 10 Player (this is the 10 man normal difficulty)
