Bug description: actually its hard to explain but : number 1-when u cast dragon's breath its work and disoriented target for a short time about .5 to 1 second .i dont say any thing about duration i say about time of effect , in freakz version if you cast dragon's breath and dont effect on target if u spin your hero to a target he dont disoriented, actually its need to be disoriented if u spin hero to target fast about .5 second.a fix version must when u cast a dragon's breath do not effect only instantly but its effect about .5 to 1second.
the others problem of dragon's breath is on degree effect aura:

number 2-its need to effect a 90 degree arc region extending 12 yards in front of the caster.but on the freakz version if u have a degree or target too close you its dos'nt effect and because of (bug number 1) you miss your dragon's breath and its too much bad.
i know its hard to understand but if you see this videos im sure u understand clearly.

This was happening because of the 0.5 delay that was present on retail.
It was on all spells,but it wasn't something intended.
