Dont contribute to SoB and they should do.Why they should do? its is simple

What they do:

Increases MELE, ranged, and spell HASTE by 30% for all party and raid members. Lasts 40 seconds.

what talent do?

Code:

Melee haste effects lower the cooldown and global cooldown of your Judgment, Crusader Strike, Hammer of the Righteous, Exorcism, and Hammer of Wrath.

They increases MELE HASTE>talent work with MELE HASTE>Should contribute to SoB

I think this is an invalid bug. I read those topics from "proof" more carefully, especially this one http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/6787819150 : this actually says Sanctity of Battle is NOT AFFECTED by Bloodlust / etc
We need a VALID proof it should be affected

Actually it's saying that it's affected by bloodlust,but not by the ranged and melee attack speed(which is not real haste).
I'll bring more proofs anyway.

Icy Talons and its ilk affect attack speed directly, they do not affect Haste like Bloodlust effects do. Sanctity of Battle is based off of Haste, not attack speed.

SoB at least gives us a near 3 second cooldown during Bloodlust. And if its timed with Zealotry then it is a HUGE way to burst. Keep it.

Try to do the same for https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=56242&&name=glyph-of-imp-swarm .It's cooldown is visually reseted,but you have to wait ~10 seconds to use it again.

Both this and last fix were general fixes, if both of them was broken when I did the fix, both of them should be fixed after this last fix
