[FIXED] [Priest][All Specs] Power Word: Fortitude applied over Dark Intent and Fear Ward

Bug description: Casting Power Word: Fortitude on a target already buffed with Dark Intent and Fear Ward will cause a "Immune" message and remove the Fear Ward buff from the target.

You can see how I'm already buffed with Dark Intent. After casting Fear Ward on myself, casting Power Word: Fortitude removes the Fear Ward.

The immune part comes from applying fortitude over dark intent and it's normal since both buffs do the same thing. It's preventing the buff staking
Fear ward removal is weird, must look into it.

Dark Intent should actually ALWAYS overwrite PWF, because Dark Intent gives 10% spell power too. But fear ward getting removed is werid and shouldn't be happening.
