Inactive Guild Master

Hello, I saw the post on inactive guild master's. I was hoping you might be able to help me as well. My guild master has been gone for 7 months. He has no intentions of coming back to play the game. I am an officer in the guild and am also the only one left aside from him. If at all possible, could I be guild master? Genesis, Knobz, Revenge of the nerd's. Thamk you in advance for any help you can give.
