Bug description: Anduin didn't follow me, and the buff didn't work, i mean i kill a lot of those guys and it didn't add some progress to quest..

Abandon quest, go back to the north village / outpost, retake it, Anduin will spawn... go on foot with him beside you (or mount up, but do not lose him), kill the Sha near the Hopeless Pandaren, with Anduin near them too.
