Bug description: It should prioritize non-Death Runes when it comes to refreshing them. Currently, it prioritizes Blood Runes even if they are already converted to Death Runes.
For example, if I have 1 fully-depleted Blood-type Death Rune and also 1 fully-depleted Unholy Rune, it should activate the Unholy Rune.

In this video, at 1:40 where Reinhart has 2 Blood-type Death Runes, he immediately uses Plague Strike on his target then he activates Blood Tap. It refreshes the Unholy Rune because his Blood Runes were already converted into Death Runes.
