[DUPLICATE] "Champion of The Frozen Wastes" bugged.

Bug description: To Complete The Achievement and earn the title listed in Subject, we have to kill several NPCs through Northrend Dungeons and Raids, I have come around "Utgarde Keep" and Killed final boss in HC difficulty which didn't give me credits for the kill neither the dungeon completion achievement. NPC is "Ingvar the Plunderer" which needs to trigger in HC to get that title.

Although, you didn't receive the credit the bug is from this http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=499/heroic-utgarde-pinnacle so if that would work, Champion of the Frozen Wastes would work too.
