WoW Freakz spell link: From Darkness, Comes Light / Surge of Light
Bug description:
1. If you have Glyph of Power Word: Shield, it procs from the shield's healing and it shouldn't.
2. It doesn't proc from Prayer of Mending (it should proc when you cast the spell, not when it heals)
3. It doesn't proc from Penance correctly, currently there's a chance that you will get the proc on each tick of healing, but it should only proc if you successfully finish the cast.

1. Glyph of Power Word: Shield is intentionally made to be able to proc stuffs... not sure what was the initial fix for, but if I remove the fix it won't proc anything else at all... you sure this is intended?
2 & 3. Got some proof for this? I have never seen "proc when successfully finish the cast" in any spell, no such mechanism even exists

Prin 3 vrea sa spuna ca procul il primesti 1 data pe cast(penance,pata de heal),nu pentru fiecare tick si are dreptate.Ar trebui sa procuiasca la tickul initial de pennance,iar @hots and ground effects,ar trebui sa procuie imediat dupa ce le-ai castat.

*You have a 15% chance when you Smite or CAST a healing spell to bla bla bla...* Tooltip specifica spell CASTS, nu e nimic confuz aici. Daca scria ceva gen whenever your healing spells heal you have a 15% chance to gain this crap mai intelegeam, dar nu e cazul.

Mai sunt multe procuri/mecanici la clase de genu asta nu e ceva unic la priest.

Si apropo, daca reparati acest bug (pozitiv) nu uitati si de alea negative gen echo of light, lightspring, cascade etc.

As for Penance, the problem right now is that you can get 2, or even 3 procs per cast, because it has a chance to proc for each tick of Penance instead of proccing per cast.

Fixed. O singura chestie ce nu imi e clara la Penance... ar trebui sa dea procul si cand castezi pe enemy target (si da damage) ? Sau doar cand castezi pe friendly si da heal? Momentan da in ambele situatii, faceti alt bug report daca tre sa dea doar pe friendly
