WoW Freakz spell link: Rake / Rip / Punce bleed / Thrash

Bug description: Bleedurile ar trebui sa aiba dmg constant, indiferent daca forma se schimba sau nu. Daca aplic un bleed si schimb forma, el scale cam la 1/2 din valoarea lui pana intru iar in forma.

Proof: 1:26 - 1:32. La 1:26 primeste stun in catform, tick de rip 26k, la 1:31 intra in normal form sa isi dea heal, tick de rip 26k
