[DUPLICATE] [Quest] [The Cape of Stranglethorn] Your first day as a pirate

Bug description: The Piracy buff you get when accepting this quest does not work ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=82942 (wowhead link) ). The pirates turn green but you cant click on them, i tried to abandon and retake / leave the zone / reload - relog, nothing works. I did all the previous quests, missed nothing, and without this bug fixed cant get Loremaster.

Also, even tho i check * At war * with Booty Bay, i still cant atack the npcs ( any ). You should check this problem also.Thankies.

Pirate buff not working, known issue, already reported 2-3 posts below this one.
At War doesn't always work at first... speak to the Bruisers and Challenge them (you have this option)... kill one, then set at war and kill the rest / how many you want.
