WoW Freakz spell link: Incinerate & Conflagrate

Bug description: Incinerate and conflagrate should have a 15% chance to generate a burning ember,so it can give you a total of 3 ember bits per cast : 1 ember bit(standard),1 ember bit(critical) and 1 ember bit(with a 15% proc chance) .

Warlocks Destruction Conflagrate now has a 15% chance to generate an additional Burning Ember. Incinerate now has a 15% chance to generate an additional Burning Ember.
