Salutare oameni buni.Am si eu o nedumerire.Spelul Fire Elemental Totem are un cooldown de 5 minute(nu cum scrie acolo de 1 minut si 1 secunda).Daca folosim Glyph of Fire Elemental atunci cooldownul este de 2 minute si 30 de secunde.
Nedumerirea mea este:In talentele tier 3(level 45) avem Call of the Elements ce face ca orice totem cu un cooldown de baza mai mic de 3 minute sa i se termine cooldownlul instant. Daca folosesc in combinatia asta glyphul si CotE nu se reseteaza cd la totem.Este bug sau asa trebuie sa fie? Si daca e asa...why!? -

Asa trebuie sa fie.Pentru ca base CD inseamna CD default fara glyphe fara nimic
