Bug description: You have 100% chance to get 1 HP from anything, even if u buffing, do dmg, take dmg or get a CC.

For me it seems to be 50% chance, and apparently it only triggers from spells and abilities, not auto attacks. It didn't proc when dealing damage or buffing, only when taking damage.
