Bug description: salut...vreau te rog sa te uiti la linkul asta http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/15699464050 ...e vorba de asa zisul fix la pasiva honor among thieves...hotfixul facut cu privinta la combo points generate de heal este facut pe patchul 6.0 pe WOD...dovada fiind linkul dat.Playerul respectiv a facut afirmatia "I've gone from bursting 70-80k on mythic twins, to bursting 50-60k." TWING OGRON este in Highmaul pe wod.

Spellul a fost schimbat in 5.0.4 dupa cum spune si in tooltip si in hotfix,iar pe wod s-a buguit la inceput de expansion,dar a fost fixat rapid(si in caz ca nu stii,exista buguri si pe retail).

I recall it being changed in MoP or late Cata to not work out of combat, not sure why it started working again now.

Edit: Indeed, it was changed in MoP pre-patch.
