Bug description:
This spell probably has the most confusing tooltip ever made.
1. You activate it and it places a buff on you that lasts 1 minute.
2. The first mob or player (not pet) that attacks you in melee gets horrified for up to 4 seconds.
3. After that first horrify the buff disappears, since you only get 1 horrify "charge" per cast of Blood Horror.

Currently it is activated by all pets/minions etc .
