Bug description: Speed of light can be used while Hexed
Proof: Tested with Dreadblade
EDIT:Also works with Nitro boots, there may be other spells/items that work while hexed, not sure

You can also Roll and Disengage while hexed. It also won't stop a monk's Fists of Fury channeling.
